Our charity are delivering part-funded counselling to children and young people (aged 8+) across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch to support mental health and wellbeing. Donation From The Elevate Foundation
The Elevate Foundation have gifted their remaining funds to Relationship and Family Therapy (RAFT), formerly known as Relate Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch following their closure in September 2024. Their generous donation will go towards helping young people grow in confidence and improve their wellbeing, providing ongoing counselling to children and young people across the conurbation who otherwise could not afford to access counselling. These funds will support children and young people referred by partnering schools, agencies alongside self-referrals. |
