When first coming to our centre, you will need to book an Initial Consultation with a counsellor to explore whether or not we are the right service for you. If you are attending with a partner, the initial consultation is joint. You will then be offered an individual consultation with your counsellor where you have an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings openly with your counsellor before proceeding to joint ongoing therapy where appropriate.

If you're having problems in your family life, there are lots of ways we can help you. We can offer parenting tips, advice as well as family or individual counselling.​
