When first coming to our centre, you will need to book an Initial Consultation with a counsellor to explore whether or not we are the right service for you. You will be offered an individual consultation with your counsellor where you have an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings openly with your counsellor before proceeding to joint sessions.

Whether you're young or old, straight or gay, single or in a relationship, we can support you with issues surrounding your relationships. 
If you're having problems in your family life, there are lots of ways we can help you. We can offer tips and support for parents and carers as well as family or individual counselling.​ Whether your in a stable relationship, separating or co-parenting, our experienced team provide family coaching to enable you to navigate struggles and make the most of your relationships.
