Resolve Conflict, Your Way
Practical solutions for families and communities without the stress of a courtroom.
Our mediation service provides a safe, neutral space to talk constructively and focus on the future. Instead of a judge making life-changing decisions for you, we help you stay in the driver's seat.
Why Choose Mediation?
· Stay in Control: You and the other party decide the outcome, not a court
· Be Heard: We facilitate a space where you can express your views without the conversation turning into an argument.
· Save Time & Stress: Mediation is generally much faster, less stressful and less expensive than traditional legal routes.
· Expert Standards: Our service is delivered in full accordance with Family Mediation Council standards.

An active sex life is often an important and enjoyable part of a healthy adult relationship. However, many people encounter sexual difficulties at some point in their lives. There are many physical and emotional reasons why this can happen. Family or work pressures, tiredness or illness, perhaps the arrival of a new baby, may all contribute to feelings of unease. Some people find that sexual problems don’t last long, but where a problem does persist, we can help. Sex therapy is available for couples and individuals, gay or straight, who have specific sexual difficulties, such as: loss of desire, erection difficulties, premature ejaculation, painful intercourse, or difficulty reaching orgasm.
After you have contacted us to arrange an appointment, you will meet with one of our therapists for an assessment, at which you will be helped to identify the difficulties you wish to overcome and the goals you would like to achieve. If therapy is considered appropriate, options will be discussed and the way forward agreed.
